Cherry Cheese Pie

Betty's Cherry Cheese Pie


9-inch graham cracker crust (There is a recipe for Homemade Graham Cracker Crust in Betty's Kitchen.)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
21-ounce can cherry pie filling

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill about 3 hours, or until set. Spread cherry pie filling evenly over top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. YUM!
